Yusra Siddiqui

Yusra Siddiqui’s journey to becoming a pediatric sleep consultant began long before she launched her company, Finally Asleep. With an Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, where she double majored in Human Biology and Health with a minor in Psychology, Yusra always had a deep interest in understanding how the mind and body work together. Her education continued with a graduate certificate in Clinical Research, equipping her with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and problem-solving.

But it wasn’t until she became a mother herself that Yusra truly understood the profound impact that sleep—or the lack of it—could have on a family’s well-being. As a mom to two young girls, she found herself overwhelmed by sleepless nights, struggling to find a rhythm that worked for her family. It was only after dedicating time and effort to creating better sleep habits for her children that she experienced the life-changing benefits of restful nights.

This personal transformation sparked a desire to help other parents facing similar challenges. Yusra decided to formalize her passion by earning a certification in pediatric sleep consulting through The Cradle Coach Academy. Armed with both academic expertise and real-world experience, she set out to support families in building healthy sleep foundations.

Today, as a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Yusra works with children from newborn to seven years old, helping parents develop customized sleep plans that fit their family’s unique dynamics and preferences. She offers hands-on coaching and guidance every step of the way, empowering families to achieve better rest and greater harmony in their homes.

Driven by her love for helping people—especially mothers navigating the challenges of parenthood—Yusra brings empathy, expertise, and encouragement to every family she works with, making restful nights and thriving days possible for parents and children alike.
