Doulas

Women who provide physical and emotional support to you and your partner during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.

Doulas play a pivotal role in supporting expectant mothers as they prepare for childbirth, providing essential education and empowering them to make informed decisions to achieve the birth experience they desire. By offering evidence-based information, doulas equip mothers with the knowledge to actively participate in their care and make choices aligned with their values and preferences.

Studies show that the continuous support of doulas results in reduced rates of medical interventions, shorter labour duration, increased satisfaction with the birth experience, improved breastfeeding success and enhanced emotional well-being.

Our doulas serve GTA including but not limited to Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke,  Vaughn, Markham,  Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax and more.
